Helped a key player in one of Wall Streets iconic Investment Banks who needed to move with confidentiality and speed to a new position without losing income or loss of reputation. Goal was to assess his skills, experience, talents, and goals and develop the strategy or marketing plan for him to test and then implement. Needed to develop the standard tools of a bio, resume, agreed-upon pitch and list of trusted clients, referrals and recruiters.

Result was a position as head of Investment Banking for one of the oldest and highly regarded boutique international investment banks.
